King David, writing in the 23rd Psalm tells about what his Lord does for him. “He leads me beside quiet waters, He restores my soul.” Jesus often called “time out,” to spend quiet time, in solitude, in prayer, in conversation with His Father, God. It was during these times that He allowed all of the woes of life to empty out and He was refilled, restored with peace that “passes all understanding.” Allow Him to lead you to quiet waters and be refilled.
